Coping with Holiday Stress: Make time for fun

 THE HOLIDAYS ARE COMING!

Stress is a part of life--perhaps more so during the holidays.

We expend energy everyday simply dealing with the difficulties of life.  We must replenish or we will soon “run out of gas.”

MAKE TIME FOR FUN.  Let yourself play.  Play can be just as important to your well-being as work.  Allow yourself time for fun hobbies and spontaneous playfulness.  Take opportunities to goof off, be humorous and play!  Laughter is an awesome stress reducer!  Try it and see.

For more information on coping with holiday stress, attend the presentation by Bob Stahn on November 2, 2017 from 6:30-7:30 pm at the EIRMC Cancer Center on the Corner of
Sunnyside and Channing Way.
